We will propose the most suitable building in accordance to our clients requirement followed by a property viewing. Feedback on the viewing will be conveyed to the landlords / vendors for improvement purposes.

Lease/Sale Negotiation

We will negotiate the best rental / selling price for our clients to ensure that they receive the best terms in the contract.

Renovation & Project Management

Our project management team will assist our client for the whole renovation period to ensure that the quality, specifications and pricing of the renovation are under control and complete in time.
